That electronic transfer is referred to as the SAFEFILE system,

and about half of the K-1 casefiles are sent out SOLELY via SAFEFILE, without any DHL sending. I've been seeing about 2 weeks of 'transit time' when it's SAFEFILE SOLELY.

The other half, is BOTH SAFEFILE and DHL, and GUZ IV won't set a tag of 'casefile opened' until it's physically at GUZ IV.

You should call DoS Hotline often, about once a week, now, and inquire for casefile status. Even though NVC mentions 'electronic transfer', it'####### or miss as to whether or not the casefile is sent via DHL or not. The timetick you are looking for is 'Casefile Opened' , then when DoS Tells You that the P3 is sent out, can use my P3 shortcut over at http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/GUZ_P3_Shortcut

Unless something changed today, USC Petitioners have no option for using SAFEFILE, it's solely at the discretion of NVC employees (and they don't answer the phone, you speak to a SERCO contractor)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
