My lawyer called the NVC yesterday, it's been more then 20 days and they said that they haven't received my packet. But my lawyer sends all packets by first class mail with a tracking number AND THE NVC HAD TO SIGN FOR THE PACKET! Well someone signed for my packet at the NVC but they don't have any record of it. Now we have to make more copies and send it again. This makes me very mad because my husband should have had his appointment in the beginning of june.

happened to me as well, but then someone signed for it and i just kept on emailing them and it turned out they have it, the operator said that it just takes time for a certain file to be in the system, if someone signed for it then they have it, as i read through visajourney, seems like a bunch of people got the same problem, im actually in one again now, i sent them my RFE and they keep telling me they don't have it in the system yet, but someone signed for it. their feedback is really slow. . .really frustrating. . .

Hey Adriana, I just wanted to suggest that maybe you haven't heard anything back because your case maybe a required electronic file, if your NVC case number starts with MEP then for sure it is.

Our lawyer didn't know about it and delayed our case 3 months, I suggest you check this out.

We just got a Case Complete on ours.

Praying everything goes well with yours!
