Wow, I can not believe how nice the USCIS Representative was, but the system is down so I have to call back in two to three hours. She was very polite and told me that no RFE had been sent out on my case which was something I was concerned about. She did say that the normal processing time in California Service Center was 5 months for Spousal Visa. She was going to file a service request for me, but the computer system was down.

Mondays are the hardest for me because I just have such high hopes that I will hear something. But the good news is that maybe I can get a service request filed.

Hope everyone else is keeping the faith.
