Hello everyone!!

we recieved our NOA2 on April 28th (YAAAYYY!!!) and we are going through to see if we can get a head start on our next step, but while reviewing the NVC website, i noticed it talking about the priority date, i looked at my NOA2 and there is no priority date on it, should i be worried about this? does not having one mean that they process it according to the order they receive it? Pls, someone ease my mind about this, and my fiancees mind too!!

Your are posting on the Canada regional forum. Are you going through Montreal? I never heard of a priority date and I don't think you should worry about this. Your case should be at the foreign consulate now. Call DoS and if they tell you your Packet 3 was mailed then you are eligible to send in your completed packet already. All info for Montreal is here :http://montreal.usconsulate.gov/content/content.asp?section=visas&document=index

Good luck!

K-1 does not stay at the NVC. Priority dates are for OTHER family visas.
