I'm almost at the 2 year mark , i get the same excuses from USCIS always just saying its "pending" . We should be entitled to due process, but what if they drag this on for years? My wife and i are getting older and would like to have children and settle down , we are hung up waiting on the stupid response .

NOA1 was in Feb 2008, and we replied on RFE on June 2010. Nothibg since. What worries me is that I had contacted our Congressman's Office recently, and the lady there who deals with immigration, was very nice at first. She promissed to get back withing 2 weeks, but first I had so send her a few forms with details on a case. Since then it had been a month and she didn't return my calls any more. Is it that hopeless?

I'm going to write our Senators, President and Bush, if I have to, since he signed AWA into a law. I'm sure, he intended a good thing and not what it is now.

Do I sound crazy? Maybe... But we had been married for 4.5 years now, that is a chunk of a life!

I do hope, that there will be shorter waits and wish everyone get approved soon!

Back ground checks pending for 1 year 11month 6 days.

Selling Rentals I have and purchasing taxis in the Phills I will move there and USA can do with out my cash flow here.

Made mistakes in the past paid for them and refuse to continue to do so, so that uneducated peopel in this country can allow the media hype to terrify them with untruths and poilitical parties who exploit those fears.

If we get approval so be it if not; the USA can flush itself down the toilet - wellit is already doing that.

The funny thing is my family was huge Bush supporters until they learned the truth of the AWA. now they work hard against any that support that law and any laws that are derieved out of lies and exploited fears. The masses are growing gainst the idiots who support laws like these.

hello, yesterday my fiance got letter from USCIS, they wrote our case takes longer time, did you get same letter?

i am glad they work on our case, i thought they forgot about us.

Anytime you put in a service request thats the default response you will get, they will say 6 more months, and after those 6 months they will say 6 more months, over and over
