My husband is below the poverty guideline and we're in the process of getting a joint sponsor.

My question is if i get a job and/ or he gets a raise and we meet the guideline can we get rid of the joint sponsor?? i didnt know how else to phrase it :wacko:

Oh and an unrelated question... I'm pregnant is ther anyway to put that on my i-130 to show more proof of a bonafied marriage?? Like a doctors note or something??

A joint sponsor cannot be released from their obligation.

What is your current immigration status? Did you enter the US on a K visa? You've posted in a forum that is for adjustment of status from family based visas. The I-130 is not required in that case.

well right now im "overstay" status i believe. i came in vith a visitors visa when i was a child. I'm AOs through marriage..

if i posted in the wrong forum I'm so sorry im still a little confused lol....
