Hello all!

We were wondering if we should staple one of the passport photos to the DS-156 form or will they take care of this at the consulate?

Thanks in advance

I am wondering the same thing!

I found this previous post from 2010...

Hey there...I realize our interview was in Jamaica and you are Canada...but it should be the same idea...The passport photos that you have to take with you are for the forms (DS-156, DS-156k and DS-157). So when my fiance and I got to the embassy they took the passport photos and stapled them to the DS-156 for us. Also, they say they want the passport photos taken less than 6 months ago so that they look like your current self...so as long as there are no dates on the photos and you haven't had any drastic changes in your looks (hair cut or color change or drastic weight gain or loss) then you're fine if you have enough photos you don't need more...Hope this helps!

Seems you bring them and they attach.

Yes, you can bring them with you or staple them to the forms. Elena brought them with her and they took care of it at the consulate.

Good luck at the interview!
