Hi everyone. The question is: Do You Intend To Work in The U.S.? (so I have to Tick Yes/No). If YES, give the name and complete address of U.S. employer.

I'll bring this form with me for a K1 interview in USEM. I'm a bit confuse, because I really do intend to work in the future. Shall I just choose Yes and put NA for the employer details? Hope anyone can share. Thank you.

I don't know if I'm right, I picked no because K1 is a non-immigrant visa, hence one cannot work unless you adjust status. But I'm not sure though. Let's wait for our fellow VJers who have experience and knowledge on this. :)

i check yes and then put in the box : With Employment Authorization, Employer Unknown

got it from the example forms

^ Do this.

Or if your fiancee is going to be going to school for several years, like mine, and not working at all while in school, you could check No. By the time my fiancee would want to work, she'd have her unconditional 10 year green card anyway.
