2012 access number

Hi everybody

I had a brain fade when i wrote down my access number in october, and I only seem to have written down 14 digits and as we can all all see i require 16 digits with my family name to find out my result.

Can any of you , suggest the best conatct source to find out the numbers or letters I might be missing of my application?

I, too, would like this information as it is saying we are entering the access code incorrectly, but triple checked when we initially wrote it down. Thanks anyone for the guidance!

Your number should be 16 digits and start with "2012"
