I-864 Question Please HELP

I receive social security benefits not taxable + veterans disability benefits not taxable. I have docs to show this.

However on the I-864 form block 25 it only gives you (2) choices, neither applies to me. A. I have filed last two years or B.(optional) I have attached photocopies.

If neither applies, what do I put and where? thanks, Joe

I would check the first box and follow the form instructions (below).

If you were not required to file a Federal income tax return under U.S. tax law because your income was too low, attach a written explanation. If you were not required to file a Federal income tax return under U.S. tax law for any other reason, attach a written explanation including evidence of the exemption and how you are subject to it.
