vini!! when is ur pd?

is it current or not yet? mine is 22 feb 06. i am little confused aboutt who sends the IL ?? is it NVC or local embassy in respective countries??

As far as i have been told by NVC is they will forward the file to the respective embassies only when the case becomes current. In my case i need to wait for Aprils bulletin which sud be due in fewwwww dyzz. Once the embassy gets the file then they will process it and send packet 3 to me.

i might be wrong but guys who have previous experience share ur thoughts..cheers!!

Hello Mukunda,

Once your date becomes current, ur country embassy will schedule your interview based on their availability.

Good Luck
