Can we travel outside the country now?

My wife just received her Employment Authorization Card. Close to the bottom it also states

"Serves As I-512 Advance Parole". I think it's a dual purpose card. I want to be sure I'm correct about this (for obvious reasons). Is she clear to travel outside the country now and return, with only her passport and this card?

Yes this is the new dual card now for EAD and AP all sweet

Divorced !st November 2012.
