I applied for K1 visa for my fiance and we sent Packet 3 in March. We did not get Packet 4 in the mail, maybe got lost or something. I have been checking with the embassy's call center at infousdelhi@vfshelpline.com but the bad thing is that they take a week to check with the embassy and get back to you. I sent an email on April 5 and they said the interview date has not been scheduled. I sent another email asking the status of our interview date on April 15. They replied on April 25 that our interview is on May 02 and now we do not have enough time for medical and submitting papers to the nearest VFS as it has to be done 7 days before the interview. What are our option? Get the medical, take the medical receipt and all paper to the interview? and submit the medical report when available to the nearest VFS? Let me know if there are any other options.

My Husbands case was the same, call one of the doctors, make a appointment, they can give you report same day. Don't submit papers to VFS, still need to pay courier fee, take everything with you to embassy. Like I said this is what my husband just did.

I had my initial K1 on April 19th but i rescheduled because my PCC had not arrived from the passport office and then i was given a new date on the 25th of this month but my PCC did not come either so i just went to the interview and explained my situation and they gave me a 221 G at the end of the interview and said submit your passport after u get the PCC at the nearest VFS ! I got my PCC on Tuesday and then submitted my passport on Wednesday aka yesterday !.....so i dont think you should have a problem, but yet my crossing my fingers and waiting. plus i did not hear those magical words "Your Approved" all he said was "get ur PCC and submit ur passport".
