Tell me this isn't bad luck -- now E-Census is giving me a headache

hi, does anyone know what number to call for requests made thru e-census? i requested a dispatch thru a UPS account and they told me in an email this evening that they have dispatched my request this afternoon and I should wait 6-8 weeks (will be sent through regular postal mail).

I tried calling NSO Vibal number but it was busy last Monday. My BC is needed to be sent directly to the US Tokyo Embassy (and this is for packet 3 request only). I haven't been able to schedule yet my interview because of my BC and NBI >.<

If I were in the Philippines I would wait that long but now that I got laid off, I cannot just apply a job since I will be leaving (hopefully soon) anyways. sorry for my rant I am just stressed at this point.

Hi,maybe you can check this site http://ecensus.gov.ph I got my Cenomar from this site online. I'm under K1 and my interview held in Singapore.

And U.S embassy in Singapore they wanted to send my Cenomar directly so from NSO to consular office. what i did is I apply on that site and put the address of the embassy then i asked my fiancee' to open an account trhough Fedex so that it only takes for 3 days to delivered. So we paid $25 for NSO and $15 for Fedex. You need a special courier for that.
