Ok i have to ask about the G-325A, I worked in the union within the last 5 years but only on weekends as i had my full time Mon-Fri 9to 5 job. While working in the union i had worked for over 10 different companies and it was 1 day i would work for ABC company and the next i worked for XYZ company. I didnt know all the dates i worked for these companies and what not so i just got a list of the companies i worked with from the union hall and stated i worked for all these companies within the last 5 year, is that good enough? I did list my 9-5 job and the dates i started with them which has been consistent for 4 years now!
