First of all, I wanted to say Thank you for helping us...

Now I have another question, we sent out DS260 form and package 3 weeks before our AOS since our sponsor took that long to give us the paperwork needed, the next day after we sent it we recieved a checklist that NVC had reviewed our case and were some things missing, which of course was the AOS and they told us to attach that letter to our AOS (it had a bar code letter that said checklist) that happened during a weekend so we waited till Monday to ask an operator if we should resend it including the documents that we recieved (checklist letter) and said not to, that same day we got an confimation message that said that they recieved our AOS.

Now my question is if we could hear back saying something that we needed to attach the checklist letter to it, until then our case can't be completed... I'm just freaking out about this since they can just make a big deal our a petty thing... what should we do? I know the operator said not to, but sometimes they just make things more complicated

Give it a few days and follow up with the NVC again. Chances are they have everything and are moving forward but best to confirm that. Resending documents will just confuse things unless they specifically ask for something new or a resend. You got the confirmation that they received it so just sit tight and follow up maybe at the end of the week. You're getting close to the end so hang in there

Thanks a lot for your answer!

We called again and said that to not resend so we'll wait... hopefully by the end of the week we hear back somehting.. though it took 3 weeks for us to hear back about the DS260.... I can see on your timeline that you sent your AOS a week before us... praying that you hear back this week the magic word "case complete".. Thanks again!
