Always something new~

So basically I don't meet requirments as I'm living off of a ssd, So i am looking for a co-sponsor for our petition k1 visa. My mother agreed to it, but she has debts. And Not minor debts.. But makes the yearly income above 125% to sponsor my fiancee. She has been working this job for let's say over 3 yrs, and has had consistant work previous to this job.

Ok, so as for her debts, like I said they are not minor debts, would this be a problem with the embassy, would they be checking for her debts, credit scores, ect...

And like i said before. they are not minor.

Thanks for any feedback, info. It will be appreciated greatly!

They don't check debts and credit scores. I think the only think that they worry about is if the government has a lien against her.
