Technically, you don't send it to TSC - that is in Mesquite, TX.

Everyone sends their I-129F to the address in Dallas/Lewisville. It's an intake facility. USCIS processes your fee and routes the petition wherever they see fit - Vermont or California.

Good call. Make sure you check your case status on the USCIS website as well - we found out our petition was approved before we received the actual NOA2 letter (automated email/text message from the website)

They all have to go through the address in Texas - it's just the way it is. You'll get your petition returned to you if you send it directly to CSC. Trust me, I was in the same boat - I'm in Hawaii and had to send it to nowhere Texas.

Processing times vary - take a look at http://www.visajourney.com/content/times and http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/igor/vjdata/default.aspx to get an idea.

There was a week not long after we sent our petition that CSC only approved 9 petitions the whole week! However, CSC and VSC have both been churning out alot of approvals recently. Hope they keep it up :)

Congratulations! yes we check our status all the time:( we wish it would really a speed process. Thanks for your reply.:)

Hang in there :D it'll come when least expected. I was getting ready to go to bed and my phone beeped! Hardly slept at all!
