what adres of USCIS shall we put can we liv it blank since we dont know wer our docs will go if its in vermont or california. and also it sez in the back of the money order endorsement signature who's sgnature is that? the one who file for the k1 or the one hus ging to rcv the docs? thanks in advance for the infos..

All petitions go to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility, where they sort the petitions and send them either to California or Vermont. You might want to check out the instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

And about the money order, I believe you don't have to sign on the back. I think that's for the recipient to sign so that they can cash the money order - not 100% sure so maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
