1. I was wondering if it is permissible for me to print my pay stubs from offline to give my fiance to take to the interview? Or do you think I need to go to my office and get like the originals, which I'm not even sure they have, I'll call them later today. All the necessary information is on the online ones, and it's just a lot easier. (Sorry probably a dumb question, but I want to make sure everything is perfect!)

2. I think I saw this question before, but I can't find it..Does it matter how long you wait before scheduling an interview.I was thinking not until June-ish. My fiance still needs to get a police clearance from Spain which his embassy in Venezuela does not do so he has to have a friend on his behalf request one in Spain for him. So I'm guessing this could take a little while. (Gosh, I hope it's even retrievable, sometimes they aren't!)

Thanks! :D

Not actually sure but I never get an actual paystub...i have to go online and verify my paystub each week and print the paystub for my records. My employer went GREEEN lool...so i didnt have a choice as long as it has the actual information on it I would think it wouldnt be an issue...the only things I see tht need to be ORIGINAL would be the certificats for birth, marriage, divorce, etc...

Shouldn't make a difference as long as it's legit from your employer. My company does the exact same thing - paystubs online - even the employment letter is printed directly from the company website and is about as corporate feeling as it gets (X person works at X company, has worked here since X date, makes X per hour, full-time with X hours per week - signed, X couldn't care less company) :P

I emailed the embassy not long ago to ask about this and was told we can bring anything that shows income verification, so I'm planning on bringing my last 3 months of paystubs printed off the company website + employment letter + tax transcripts from 2008-2010. Hopefully that should be sufficient.

Not sure about the interview date, but I've heard from others that have gone thru Caracas that you can choose whatever day/time after X earliest date. We're planning on doing the same since I need some time to figure out how I'm going to miss work and buy airfare to accompany my fiancee to the interview!

Keep us posted if you find out anything different! Good luck!
