Hey all.

Recently got our NOA2 dated 4/19/11 and I'm currently preparing to send some more information over to China to better prepare her for the next steps. In regards to the I-134 I wanted to make sure I submit everything correctly!

I graduated from college recently in May 2009 and with scholarships I was able to focus on school without employment because of this. After college I got a job in which I was promoted twice. (May 2010 and February 2011) Therefore I don't have 3 years of tax returns and my 2010 tax return shows a lower income amount than my current promotion. So basically my I-134 will report my most recent income level from the Feb 2011 promotion. If I include my last year tax return and some recent pay stubs, and a note describing the promotion do you think this will be an issue? Thank you!
