I-131 Re-entry

Hi All

This is a pretty urgent question and I really hope there is someone around can help me. My husband has finally got word that we are moving to Germany and should be leaving here on the 9th of May, the thing is he is on a government contract so I will be covered under the SOFA agreement. I am looking at the I-131 and just have a couple of quick questions. Firstly is the A# the USCIS# on my green card, secondly will I have to put my husbands government orders in to prove why we are going for so long, if so we don't have them yet, just his Foreign Service Agreement, which states how long we will be gone and what we will be doing in Germany. Oh and do I need a lawyer to do this for me, the form seems pretty straight forward and I really can't see paying a lawyer $2000 plus filing fees with USCIS.

Thanks in advance for your answers, I need them desperately as I need to get this form in the mail in the next day at the latest.

Ok scrap the A# questions, I did a search and found the answer, but the rest I definately need help on, please pretty please

No lawyer needed - form is pretty easy to do. Here's a thing - if husband is on gov't orders for 12 months or more get that expedited naturalization done as your I-131 is only as good as the expiration date on conditional green card or for 2 years if on 10-yr card.
