I feel like I have read a million times that you must NOT sign the DS-156 or DS-156K until you are at your interview. And yet, we just got packet 3 today and there is NOTHING about that. This is all it says:

"You must submit two copies of Form DS-156. This form must be completed electronically on the website www.evisaforms.state.gov. Also you must complete one copy of Form DS-157 which you can find on the website but complete manually."

It doesn't even say whether to send it in before the interview or not. I'm assuming not, but the word "submit" is throwing me off. Thoughts?

Not necessarily. Some embassies require you to bring it to the interview.

It clearly says on the form DO NOT WRITE BELOW THIS LINE. Do not write anything below it.
