What If our submission of RFE will be delayed will they deny our application and start all over again?? anyone who has experienced like this will be much appreciated.. thanks in advance.. :crying: :crying:

RFE will not be delayed. Makes sure when you mail it back to NVC mail it via Expressl Mail with return receipt and signed. You may have to pay more but for a peace of mind it is worth it. They will not deny your application as long as you send in what they want from you. Everything is in the instruction if you get a RFE of what you are missing that is needed to complete your application...otherwise do not worry about it wait until it happens....
