Hi!

I have a question about the interview. On the letter it lists all the documents I need to bring with me, unless already submitted.

If I've already submitted them should I still bring them with me just in case? the originals and copies?

Thanks!

I think it is always good to bring a copy of your package that you sent. Then additional evidence you've collected between then and now as well as anything you think is relevant that you didn't send off with your package.

You should be sure to bring originals of identity documents and things like that. My interview is next week so I'm just starting to gather everything into an organized folder!

yes, bring along everything, especially the originals of what you sent originally. But too much then having something missing and have to postpone decision because of a missing original document.

I personally have/had a duplicate binder with me containing the exact copy of my forms and their attachments, evidence both as a copy and the originals. I also included a section with plane ticket reservations, e-mail communication from when I first met my wife, a sheetprotector including some of our wedding cards from friends and family....

Good luck at your interview!! You shouldn't worry too much about it as before you know it they ask you a couple of questions that you filled out in your forms, ask your spouse some, too and it's over :)

Thanks!! That's what I was thinking too, just wanted to make sure.

Also should / could we bring our kids with us? Is there usually a long wait?
