I am sending off my AOS tomorrow and I am worried. I did not include 2010 taxes. I did not include them because I am waiting on an ITIN number which takes about 6-8 weeks. I thought is I sent the package off before taxes were due that I would be o.k. Can anyone help me with this or should I just wait till my taxes are complete to send all of the things off????

As of today you have to have filed your taxes if you aren't going to pay for being late or have filed for an extenstion. Take whatever you have , a copy of your taxes or extenstion papers and w2

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
