here is my situation:

I arrived here in US 2008 with K1 visa, got married within the 90 days limit, unfortunately we didnt filed my AOS immediately, December 2010 we finally filed AOS and got approved this April 2011 ( haven't recieved my GC). I received a Welcome to the US letter form NVC today and it says that the greencard is valid for 2 years and need to remove condition.. Do i still need file i751 even we are now married for more than 2 years? if so, when can i file for i751?

any input will highly appreciate. thank you

Yes, you still need to remove conditions. There is a law that people filing I-485 based off of an approved I-129F will get a 2-year GC no matter how long they have been married. We suggest here to people who enter with K-1 and for whatever reason do not file AOS for years also submit a I-130 with their I-485 application for that reason, but no matter now. You can remove conditions in 2 years minus 3 months. Best of luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
