It's best to print them directly from the website. Unfortunately, chat and skype logs are not considered valid. However, if you have FB messages or emails, you can print and submit them.

This is News to me. Me and Mav talk EVERYDAY on Yahoo and keep an Archive that can be printed. Why are we saving it if it's not admissable. I need more clarification on this. The Philipphines and/or other Consulates don't accept this way of communication? We do have a Facebook and Messenger but use Yahoo the most.

Be nice to see a Member that has "Been there-Done that" and add your view. Thanks

I was told the problem with chat logs and Skype messages is that they can be manipulated by the way they are printed. You can add or delete anything you want, because they are just text files. Emails and Facebook messages are much more solid. They are admissible as court evidence and easy to verify if needed. It's really a matter of send the best info you have to support your case, and chat logs don't hold up that well
