did you receive the 797c noa1 letter,the way thing are giong it takes about 5 to 6and a half months to be approved,you should read the guides i guess your lawyer did not tell you any thing,do you have copies that the lawyer sent,make a copy and send it to you fiance,e and a letter of intent to marry like yours signed and dated with all the documents , and evidence of ongiong relationship and letter having met within two years,.e mails,passport stamps, trips, pictures, cellphones bills,all needed for your interview proof, and evidence your lawyer should told you about that,again read up on the k-i giudes,
