Hi Everyone!

Me and my Fiance met online Last Nov. 2010,we also became a couple that mo.,He visited me Last Dec. for 7 days only, coz both of us have work and can't have longer vacation,Then he came back and visited me again last mo. for 10 days.He went home March 17,2011 and filed the petition last March 24,2011.So he had been here with me 2 times already.:) My question is do you think that time frame that we are just in a 5 mos. relationship may affect the visa approval?

Thanks in advance :)

It's short, but by the time the interview comes around you'll have been together a year or more, so I don;t think it's too short.

I agree with the Senoir Member. Keep proof of your ongoing relationship. And, as the Senior Member said: There is alot of time. The wait is a pain in the Butt .....

dont worry it wont cause denial.Coz the approval will take 5 months so it wont be short time by the time of the interview..I met someone during my interview at Manila USEM last April 4..She and her fiance met AUgust in her ATe's wedding and her fiance filed petition at that month. She got approved. So you see, it wont become a problem..

Check out our timeline as well...we met 12/09, I visited one time for 2 weeks in 3/10, file the I-129f upon my return to US. We were one of the lucky ones in that our approvals were very fast. We could have done the interview a month earlier but I was budgeting on a longer process. :) I did nothing but follow the guides on this forum. Jean put together a huge packet of evidence for the interview and all they asked for were a couple of pics. Its best to be prepared with as much as you have and everything should go smoothly.

Good luck and best wishes!

You are not joking......that is the fastest approval of K1 Visa I have ever viewed on this site. I received my notification of NOA1 by email, April 4.... I can only pray for a fast return and some patience. I realize that it can be a long process. Your case is not the norm.
