i think it would depend of your location..I know somebody who had her interview also on april 4th and she already has her visa in just 2 days.It was adressed in her agent's office which is just few meters away from Manila USEM..If you want to track your visa here is the link..Log in your MNL case number in the box

I could not get the tracking number to work cuz our MNL no. is 10 digits and the link says to enter 9 digit number.

just enter the 10 digit numbers with the MNL letters in the box..thats what i did
