AP approval notice to actually travel document in hand, how long?

Hi, I need travel out of the US soon. On March 31, I got an email/text notice that me AP was approved that day and they mailed my an "approval notice" on that day.

I have two questions:

1 How long it takes from the notice to getting the actually AP?

2 Will they mail the actual travel document with the "approval notice" together? Or they will just mail a notice and then mail the actual documents later?

6 business days from approval for paper AP - if it's the new combo AP/EAD card, 10 business days. Today is the 4th business day from your approval.

Interested in this subject also.

I got my NOA for the receipt of my docs. on March 5th.

I am needing to leave the US on business on May 6th. Really hoping that I will get the AP back before them otherwise I will be in a bit of trouble business-wise.

I have contacted my local congressman to see if they could help. I know that the USCIS website says that it will take 3 months but even if it is 3 months and a day, I am in trouble.

Any thoughts?!
