I am still on the process with the NVC . and still waiting for 20 businessdays. but my question is.. If i take my medical NOW how long does it expire?

cause i still dont know when my interview date would be . and what if its the interview gonna take longer and i took my medical now am i gonna take another medical again.. HOW LONG DOES IT EXPIRE?
