do i need to send I-134?

PLEASE HELP DO WE NEED TO SEND IN I-134 FORM IN OUR K1 PACKET? PLEASE CLARIFY COZ WE ARE SO AFFRAID THEY WILL ASK IT LATER THAT WILL CAUSE MORE DELAYS? IF NOT WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED TO SEND ABOUT INCOME MATTERS? THESE ARE THE PAPERS WE HAVE READY TO SEND ( I ACTUALY THOUGHT IT WAS SEND LOL )

declaration of relationship

intent to marry (both signed)

birth certi (both)

2x2 passport pic (both)

evedince of meting

i129f

g325a

divorce decree

passport stamp copy

pictures and chat logs n other stuff for ongoing relationship

You need to type out a letter of intent to marry within 90 days for both of you and sign it to send with you k-1. Go to the forms tab on this website to view a sample intent to marry letter.
