Hello all, does anyone know if i need to print the 1040 tax forms the W2's or both??? Also i seen the instructions for the I-134 and it had options A, B or C and C was to show tax forms for self employed which i am not self employed i work full time for a company. What do i need to show, just my bank deposits according to section A; or a letter from my job to satisfy B or my taz returns to satisfy C? Im a bit confused about this! Thank you for your help.

My Proposal to kristine!!! :)

If you are sending the 1040 tax forms you will also need a copy of your W-2. You can always request tax transripts from the IRS and you would not need copies of your W-2. Bank statements and a letter from your employer are also good to have with it. Its better to be safe than sorry.

yep bring them to the interview. Once the petition is at Kingston and they have sent her packet 3 all you need to send back to get an interview date is DS-230 part 1. From what ive seen it takes about a month after they recieve it to the interview. Also make sure you send more than just the current year for taxes. We are going to take from 2007 to present. If you go to the Jamaican portal and look at the reviews, many people were blueslipped and asked to bring more information in regards to their taxes.
