I got the same thing yesterday. It did not say which one they are looking for. No check marks it just listed several things and asks for original copies which I already submitted. I called NVC and told them I already sent the documents and the lady I spoke with said she will request a review of the documents again but it will take 6-10 days. I got so upset but what can I do. It saddens me that we are doing everything they say and still treated as second class whatever. We are at their mercy which is really not a good thing. I just hope all this will end.

Well, I got two (2) check list letter - one (1) was sent on March 18, 2011 asking for the DS 230 packet and documents that I have submitted on the 14 March 2011. I called NVC and told them that I have submitted the DS 230 and ALL the documents required last March 14 2011. NVC told me to just disregard the e-mail/letter if indeed I sent them and the papers/information might have not been encoded yet. Second Checklist letter was received Marc 29, 2011 requesting for Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate of the petitioner - Sent this morning overnight delivery. I guess we will just have to wait and see what will happen. And the thing is if we are unsure of what they want, calling the NVC would be the best course for clarification.

Friends,

I got 2 RFE.

One was a false one, everyone recieves it once they input AOS into the system while they wait for 230. Even if you have sent 230 at this point if it was not entered into the system from the mail room we get that false rfe.

Second one was a real one. I got it on 3/23. I already submitted the documents they wanted for. Maybe they did not pay close attention to find it. I called them and asked them to re-review it. They told me to wait for 15 to 20 days. But my case was complete on 3/25.

Hope this info helps you all.
