My approvel time Valid from 12/20/2010 - 04/19/20l1 is about to end and I need more time to find a job in my career as a Software Engineer, IT or something with a good salary. Is this possible? If not, how would this effect what has already been done. Would I have to start everything all over again?

Been on umemployment from the Postal Service since April 2009, but I may be returning in June or July if they all agree on the new contract!

Could you get a job that was just any job, that met the income requirements (just for the paperwork) then after she gets her visa go back to looking for the job you really wanted in your career filed? Just a thought to maybe get past the bump since Philippines doesn't always accept co-sponsors for k-1s.

Oh yes, I'm looking for something. But, I live in a fairly small City with about 280,000 people and the surrounding cites are smaller. Just part-time low wage positions. I would have to get two or three part-time jobs just to get the min UI salary if the other jobs allowed it. The largest city closes to me is the City of Sacramento. About 45 miles north to the county line and I don't have transportation at the moment.

Not yet, she waiting on me to get a job. But, she said if we don't make it and we had to start all over again, then just save up to come out there in december and get married. I would have to stay for the 15 Days according to the Phil's law, but will stay ther for a month. Then work on getting her here with a K3/K4 + F130.
