and what exactly do i need to bring them here?

what form to file? do i need to fill out form (affidavit of support) ? (for my parents) Or can i file for them Green Card right away???

Try checking the Kuwait US embassy website, your parents would apply for visitor visas to the USA. You cant apply for them, they apply for themselves in Kuwait.

Here is the link to the main site.

http://kuwait.usembassy.gov/

Here is the visa services section

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Hi, Thank you.

so they have to apply for themselves from KUWAIT . ok now what type of VISA they will get ? Visitor visa or Immigrant Visa?

I found this in their website .

Parent of a U.S. Citizen

A U.S. citizen may petition for his/her foreign national parent to obtain legal permanent residence in the United States. An immigrant visa (IR-5) must be obtained prior to arrival in the United States in order to enter as a legal permanent resident.

So. when they come here to USA i can apply for them to obtain a GC? is that correct?

but i think, first they need to have an Immigrant Visas.

am i missing something??

Thanks alot.

Your first post you say you want them to visit, do you want them to stay a short time and go home? or do you want them to move permanent to the USA?

If only visit they need a temporary visitor visa.

If you want them permanent in the USA you need to file for them from the USA. ( Using I-130 ) http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=c67c7f9ded54d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=f15b6d26d17df110VgnVCM1000004718190aRCRD
