if visa is denied keep working with your senator and your lawyer untill you get it ,they never deny visa like k-1 or k-3 they give 221(g) which is not a denial,its just more time for proccessing ,so i dont think k-1 will be denied if so they will just need more proccessing because they never keep couple or fiance seprated got it?

Not true. A K1 and K3 can both get denied for variety of reasons.

For example look at the grounds for inadmissibility. Some things cannot be covered with a waiver like certain criminal convictions and substance abuse.
