I-864/I-864A HELP URGENT PLEASE

My friend is filing her AOS, but her husband's income doesn't meet the poverty guideline. His mom is going to fill out the I-864a to sponsor her AOS.

My question is: Since they don't live with his mother together, will that be a problem?

if she doesn't live with them, then she has to file another i864 as joint sponsor.

her husband will file an i864 as ssponsor, then his mom will file another i864 as the only joint sponsor.

she isn't a household member, so she doesn't qualify for the i864A.
