Okay I have a few questions that I am unsure about and would like some second opinions. I am trying to finish this process before the end of the summer because I am school so the more tips and information I can get the more helpful and eaiser it will be.

1. Is the $340 fee suppose to be sent seperatley to the US Department of Homeland Security or can it be mailed inside with the I-129F packet to USCIS?

2. To be able to recieve text messages and emails on weather the USCIS received my petition, does does it need to be sent in with the I-29F packet or can that be done seperatley? I also saw that it can only be done in three lockbox location, which does not include Dallas, Tx, which is where my packet needs to be sent.

My other questions have to deal with what is best recommended to send in with my packet.

4. Is it really necessary to send in a cover letter?

5. On the outside of the envelope where I put the address of USCIS should I also write I-29F, so that they know what type of form it is?

6. Should I go ahead and send in evidence that we have met in the last two years and that we have an ongoing relationship or is it fine just to do it when ever it is requested?

7. Should I send in a finace letter of intent or a supplement letter with details of how our relationship began?

What I am already sending in is the I-129F petition itself, the biographies of my fiance and myself(G-325 A), my fiancess divorce decree, and copies of my birth cerficate and passport.

If you have any tips or any information that can help me out please let me know.. I am sending out my packet this week.

Mail along with the documents.

2. To be able to recieve text messages and emails on weather the USCIS received my petition, does does it need to be sent in with the I-29F packet or can that be done seperatley? I also saw that it can only be done in three lockbox location, which does not include Dallas, Tx, which is where my packet needs to be sent. Different addresses are OK, follow the instructions.

My other questions have to deal with what is best recommended to send in with my packet.

4. Is it really necessary to send in a cover letter? It helps to organize things and looks professional.

5. On the outside of the envelope where I put the address of USCIS should I also write I-29F, so that they know what type of form it is? No, they will figure it out when they open it. Remember they have 5 or more months worth of different visa petitions, they are very used to all of them.

6. Should I go ahead and send in evidence that we have met in the last two years and that we have an ongoing relationship or is it fine just to do it when ever it is requested? It won't hurt. It may be required per your consulates history or requirements.7. Should I send in a finace letter of intent or a supplement letter with details of how our relationship began?

The letter of intent from each IS REQUIRED per the instructions. Your love story is not.

What I am already sending in is the I-129F petition itself, the biographies of my fiance and myself(G-325 A), my fiancess divorce decree, and copies of my birth cerficate and passport. Don't forget translations into English.

If you have any tips or any information that can help me out please let me know.. I am sending out my packet this week.

.......

One more question on my mind is if it is okay that the G-325A is not signed and dated by my fiancee or does he have to send me a copy with his signature?

It is supposed to be signed but there is Sticky information at the top of this forum that states that the beneficiary can sign it at the interview. Your choice. You should sign your copy.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
