so what are people or what have people worn to the interview at the embassy?

any ideas? i dont wanna turn up in shirt and tie if i can get away with a polo shirt and jeans?

please advise?

Nice polo shirt and dress jeans is fine. I got all dressed up a little for my interview and was a waste of time. They saw me through a window and that was it. Dress smart casual.

Maybe best not to look like you've just been dragged through a bush backwards, but otherwise it doesn't really matter. Personally I walked to the Embassy so I certainly wasn't going to dress up too much! But look nice, sure :-)

Wear what you would wear for a job interview, or in a bank when going for a loan.

Something comfortable and better than usual daily wear, but something that does not make you nervous or overly conscious of the clothing you wear.
