Hi, anyone here who filed their I-129F in late November 2010 and still waiting for NOA2 to arrive?

I hope I hear from USCIS or CSC this month.

Hi there ... We filed 11/30 ... NOA1 12/3 ... we dont expect our NOA2 or RFE for another 6-8 weeks ...

Based on the current approvals, I think you should plan on at least 4 more weeks.

Hi, so are you saying that April should be good to receive our NOA2? thanks.

Well, its only a guess ... you can do your own analysis by looking at this list:

http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/igor/vjdata/default.aspx

You guys are at position 125 ... they are doing about 25 per week (that rate can easily change) ... so you have 5 weeks ... so that would be April 21 ... thats a total guess.

Good luck!

thank you for showing me that link.. whew! we're at number 125.. i hope things progress faster.. coz if what you calculated is correct, yeah we're a month away from being touched by USCIS or CSC..
