I have not been on here for a while but I have a question to anyone who will answer. I went to Jamaica last week and took my kids to the embassy for their interview, my husband is the petitioner and I recently relocate to another state but he remained in the state we file and where i also got my permanent resident status. My W2 and his say two different states and we did not file tax together because he owes child support and he did not want them to take all the money and send it to his ex wife, he rather for them to take his alone. This is the question they blue slip my kids because they did not have the most recent W2s for both of us. We were ask to obtain them and return with the two children passport on march 31. Does anyone think because we have two different address it will be a problem? I did tell the IO that we moved and that my husband remain in the previous state until I am settled in my job because he would have to take a pay cut to relocate to this new state.

OK I am having high blood pressure over the fact that they ask for mine and his W2 - 2010 for my minor kids after its not me petitioning for them, why do they ask for mine. Today I was talking to my daughter and I ask her what did they CO said and she said they want to prove relationship between me and my husband and address verification, den mi no gi dem mi licence and my green card wah else dem want. Maybe because mi tell dem wi move in October and mi hubby still work in GA and mi ina FL, but we have a 7 months old child together and he is the one who pay for all their paper work and the bills at my house the only thing is its paid through my bank account because he does not have an account he owes child support and they keep going in it even after they take it from his salary and after dem sweep out di little weh me have one time because him was on the account he decided to remove his name and let me do all the transaction in my my name even buying the two cars that we own. My little money that I work cant even pay rent. Any way I am just mad right now but what will happen now the kids will have to drop it off on the 31 of march and they are not required to do another interview. I know Ricardo you answered me and say no issue but please elaborate fi mi nuh because I do not want to have a heart attack week after next Tuesday and knowing my mad husband him will call dem and ask dem for his money back lol.

Ricardo did you hear back from they young lady who's dad green card expired?
