All K1s filed with TSC are transferred to CSC. Check your NOA1 and you'll see where it comes from.

Yes that is true, Check the processing times for TSC and NSC you will not see I-192F listed there because the cases are forwarded to CSC.

Thats too logical for USCIS..you need to exclude common sense in any thinking about USCIS because logic is a big exception for USCIS. You cant use what you dont have.
