Hello March Waiver filers!

I am wondering if we should start a list of March 2011 filers here.

Been looking around in the past minutes and can't find where to change my posts to Rich Text Editor so far so the posts are clean... but will do it soon if we get enough people to post updates here.

Here we go - hope to get a few people to post updates here and help each other.

Not so many people file I-751 with a waiver. You may be the only one for March. Why don't you add yourself to the long thread of the I-751 waiver filers?

CR-1 Timeline

March'07 NOA1 date, case transferred to CSC

June'07 NOA2 per USCIS website!

Waiver I-751 timeline

July'09 Check cashed.

thanks for your response. last year's "March 2010 I-751 Filers" thread got 48 pages of discussions / responses. have a look:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/244726-march-2010-i-751-filers/page__st__705

where is this long thread you are talking about? does it have timelines and updates? I looked around and did not see anything like this that is current.

thanks.

Krikit, I am sorry, you clearly made a mistake.

My post certainly pertains to Effects of Major Changes, not to Waivers pertaining to this forum. I am applying for Removal on Conditions of the Green Card I have, based on divorce. It has NOTHING to do with this forum:

1) I-601 "An Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility (Form 601) becomes necessary when a visa applicant has been determined to be “inadmissible” based on one more visa ineligibilities"OR

2) I-212, "Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission into the United States After Deportation or Removal".

Feel free to delete this post if you'd like, but I certainly don't want it belonging in here as my profile links to this and it's annoying to see it in the wrong place. Thank you.

Moving from Effects of Major Changes to the Waiver forum.
