Need Help Please

Hi Guys, I am going to apply for my mom and I was checking copies of my immigration forms what my hubby submitted during my visa process and I just noticed that his lawyer messed up with my mom's date of birth in Biographic form which is G325a. While when I filled the form DS230 I put the correct info. Now I am a citizen and going to apply for my mother what should I do about the wrong date of birth what NVC have in their records. I have no clue how my it happened because I my hubby's lawyer sent me a blank form to sign and she filled the form with the info we provided but she mention 12/31/1956 instead of 11/30/1956. Please help me here I will highly appreciate all your help.

I would suggest calling in the NVC to see if they can change the DOB they have in their records. If its an easy fix ( especially bc you have proof of her passport with the CORRECT DOB, then it would be no problem. I find calling in the NVC and talking to someone is always better. Try and speak with a manager and they will usually tell you the best way to go about it is.

Thanks a lot dear, but what do you think on which number I should call them?. Or is there any email I can use. I do not know why I am a little nervous. Hope so it wouldn't take long to correct the mistake. Because they do have my mom's correct DOB on DS-230.
