SS card

2008 Tax transcripts

2009 Tax transcripts

Various joint checking account statements from 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011- a few from each year

credit card in each of our names with same account number

Auto insurance policy from 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 showing her as a listed driver but policy is in my name only.

Affidavits from family member and neighbor

various medical and college bills and correspondence

church correspondence

Copies of cards we gave to each other

a few copies of envelopes addressed to both of us

a few pictures of us together at various family holidays

Not all of the correspondence is in both names, most of the college, doctor, etc is addressed to her at our address.

Thanks.

Looks good, except that you need to include joint lease showing both names as occupant, joint utility bills, cellphone bills, cable, etc... BC of born child to the marriage if any.

No lease, family owned home. No children. Only utilities are electric and phone and they have been in my name for many years.
