Expedite Criteria - help please urgent

My fiance's dad is sick, currently having dialysis because of diabetes. And his step mom is in the ICU receiving blood transfers almost daily. We really dont know what is happening but he thinks, both of them got cancer. can this be considered as one of the expedite criteria? He took his emergency leave for a week (Feb 26-Mar5), flew all the way from Hawaii to CA because of this and because his dad sent him sms through the red cross. He is in the military, we are thinking to call them and tell them about this. But before doing so, we're not sure if this is enough reason to be expedited.

Help please. Thank you.

It wouldn't hurt to try. One couple here tried for an expedite because her mother was dying, and they approved it.

call the center for the expedite.

they will then give you a receipt number. they may ask for evidence to be submitted via fax or mail.

Send the evidence via FAX. (this shows the urgency.) also send via express courier. Sending via regular mail may (not always) but can end up having the expedite denied.

02/11/2011 - Engaged at her house by her Godmother.

02/18/2011 - Engagement party with relatives - propose in Visayan.

02/24/2011 - K-1 packet sent.

09/18/2011 - POE, Viva Las Vegas, Baby !!!!! Home to Phoenix.

12/10/2011 - Official Wedding

07/05/2012 - Princess Rose born.

07/07/2012 - AP/EAD received.

07/17/2012 - AOS passed. (Birthday for Mama Rayos)
