i jst have his 2008 and 2009 w2 .. dis would be a problem?

my fiancee said he not yet file for 2010.. and my interview is in march 15..

hope i can get answers.. thanks

Tell him to scan his 2010 W2 and send it to you.

hmmm... he not yet filed for 2010 and he only has paystubs for 2010..

You only need the W2 not the 1040. I'm sure he can scan that to you. Just tell him.

not true... w-2's were required to be sent out by Jan 31. His form 1040 is not due until April 18. However, dependent on the complexity of his tax situation, many times he should be able to just do it now...
